I recommend Cafe Romeo MORE than ANY restaurant on GH. My multiple orders were excellent, accurate and well worth the price. The staff is incredibly kind and the owner Chris goes above and beyond to accommodate customers to make sure they are pleased. I also recommend their catering it is by FAR superior to the other downtown delis and cafes.

Preordering worked perfectly for a busy day when I didn't have time to wait. Friendly staff at the counter - I was in and out in 60 seconds. My Cobb salad was delicious - full of yummy grilled chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, and spinach.

I ordered the BLT. The bacon was beyond amazing. Thick cut and great. I also ordered the prosciutto and onion gourmet pizza. Dough was crunchy on the outside with a bounce to the inside.

I might be insane, but Cafe Romeo is one of the reasons I won't leave New Haven. The food is always hot and delicious. The fact that a personal pizza is actually a medium is ridiculous. This place is a gem

2nd time; order correct (no missing items), on time, food delicious! Best BLT, pasta salad, & home-made brownie EVER! Chicken salad also great.
